清华大学获博士学位;丹麦国家实验室(今合并入丹麦技术大学)博士后,德国马普学会(Max-Planck Society)资助访学马普钢铁研究所(MPIE);2012年入选重庆大学“百人计划”特聘研究员、博士生导师,2018年重庆大学教授(长聘);2020年北京科技大学特聘。发表SCI收录论文100余篇,包括PNAS、Current Opinion on Solid State & Materials Science、Acta Materialia、Corrosion Science、Scripta Materialia、JMST、Ultramicroscopy等专业领域著名期刊,专利6项;国际学术大会和国内重大学术会议邀请报告10余次,任全国材料大会分会主席三次。研究领域包括:高性能钢铁材料及制备,金属结构材料(包括纳米金属)的组织调控与强韧化机制,金属的织构,材料组织多维多尺度表征新技术与新装置。主持国家重点研发计划专项课题一项、国家自然科学基金课题三项;作为核心成员参加国家重大科研仪器设备研制专项一项、国家自然科学基金创新性研究群体项目一项、国家重点研发计划专项一项。获省部级自然科学一等奖一项,合作研发国际首台套具有取向重构和衍衬像重构功能的三维透射电子显微镜。
